RETURNS & WARRANTY POLICY
If you receive damaged or faulty goods or something is missing from your order you must notify us within 48 hours from date of delivery of the goods. This can be done by telephone followed by email.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged and will be subject to approval of the supplier/ manufacturer.
Furniture, equipment and electrical items generally come with manufacturer warranties. Refer to individual items for details of specific warranties offered. We honour all such manufacturer warranties.
Items may need to be returned to us so that they can be assessed by the manufacturer. Freight costs for such returns are generally your responsibility unless indicated otherwise in the specific item’s manufacturer’s warranty.

Once your return is received and inspected, we notify the supplier/ manufacturer who will advise of the next step. We will then pass this information on to you and provide you a turn around time where possible.
RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returns. Where a manufacture has approved a warranty claim, the freight will be re-imbursed to you.
If you are shipping an item of value, you should consider using a trackable courier service and/or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item in original condition. We take no responsibility for any damages to the item in transit back to us or if the item goes missing.
We do not offer returns on change of mind or errors made during purchasing.
