WHY CAN’T I FIND THE SAME PRODUCT I BUY AT MY HAIRDRESSER IN YOUR STORE?
Some products are exclusive to Salons only and can only bepurchasedfrom your hairdresser
DO YOU SELL TO THE GENERAL PUBLIC?
Yes-althoughweae more for the industry – there are exceptions to some products in store. All clients buy at their own risk.
WHY ARE THERE PRODUCTS THAT I CAN’T PURCHASE AS THE GENERAL PUBLIC?
For some products, it is a requirement of the Manufacturer that the user undergoes training prior to using their product. Other reasons could be products requiring experience or hairdressing knowledge or they have been labelled by the manufacturer as strictly professional use only.
MY HAIRDRESSER SENT ME IN TO PURCHASE THE STOCK ON THEIR BEHALF.
That’s ok – there are still no refunds or exchanges if youpurchasethe wrongcolouror product and we still will not be able to sellsome products to you even thought it may be for you hairdresser. Your hairdresser will need to come into store to pick these exclusive products up themselves.
I PURCHASED THE WRONG HAIR COLOR OR PRODUCT, CAN I RETURN IT?
No – due to health and safety we are unable to exchange items due to change of mind or errors being made on the clients part. The products would simply end up in the bin, and as a small business we cannotabsorb such costs at the rate this happens.
WHAT IF THERE IS A FAULT WITH THE PRODUCT?
If the product you have purchased is faulty, please notify us immediately and provide photos via email anddescriptionofthefaultwhere possible. Unless it is one of our own products (products we import ormanufacture) we are not allowed to exchange the item without physically seeing the item and in most cases without approval from the supplier. Suppliers usually wantfaultyitems back and will only replace stock for us once they have the faulty item back and verify it is actuallyfaultyand not a consumer error fault.
I PURCHASED AN ELECTRICAL ITEM WHICH I HAVE CHANGED MY MIND ABOUT OR WOULD LIKE TO EXCHANGE.
We are unable to return or exchange ANY electrical items. Once the client haspurchasedthe item, before leaving the store, our staff with test ANY and ALL electrical items to ensure they work. At this point we will then activate the warranty. Once the warranty has been activated, we cannot exchange or refund the item.We are just a re-seller of electrical itemsand no electrical will leave the store without being tested first to ensure it is in working order.
THERE’S A FAULT WITH AN ELECTRICAL ITEM I PURCHASED.
If the item is in warranty – please notify us imeidately of the problem and arrange to have the product returned to us. We will contact the supplier to seek the quickest and easiest solution and arrange for the supplier to pick up the faulty unit.
If your faulty unit is out of warranty please give us a call and we can try to assist where possible as best we can.
MY HAIRDRESSER RECENTLY DID MY HAIR BUT I WANT TO DO IT MYSELF NEXT TIME. CAN YOU PLEASE TELL ME WHAT COLOUR AND BRAND I NEED TO USE AND WHAT I NEED AND WHAT TO DO?
No – your hairdresser knows your hair. We don’t know what brand they have been using. All brands differ with results, and not all brands have the same numbering system.Each brand does have its own colorchartyou can refer tofor color swatches. We cannot be held responsible for recommending a color or brand and the results being different to what your afterthis is why the answer is no and we would recommend you return toyour hairdresser for assistance. DO YOU DELIVER?
We don’t offer a delivery service however we can have your items sent out with Australia Post or a courier servicewherefreight chargers will apply.Any orders that have dangerous goods in them willneed to go via a courier.
FREIGHT CHARGERS
At this point all Melbourne Metro deliveries will cost $16 for a standard sizes parcel that fits on the front seat. For items being delivered via Australia Post – postage is calculated on the Australia Post website. We do not add any margins to freight. We charge you what we get charged.
All orders outside Melbourne Metro that are required to be dispatched using a courier will be quoted and the client will be contacted for additional chargers that may apply.
FREIGHT WITH DANGEROUS GOODS
All order that have dangerous goods Must be shipped by a courier who is licensed to carry dangerous goods. The freight costs for these order will be quoted and the client contacted. This is regardless of the location where the freight is more than $16.

Yes- please contact us via email it the products you are chasing and how many and all you details and we will contact you to discuss prices
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
No, currently we only ship to Australia.
